Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks drained
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza stone with olive oil.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough on the prepared baking sheet or pizza stone into a 12-inch round.

  3. Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

  4. Top the pizza with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, pineapple chunks, and red onion.

  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
