Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter and melted butter until smooth.
1 cup Peanut butter, 1/2 cup Butter
Add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until thick and well combined.
2 cups Powdered sugar, 1 1/2 grams Graham cracker crumbs
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
2 cups Chocolate chips, 1 tbsp Coconut oil or butter
Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until fully set.
Cut into bars and serve.
