Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 grams Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups Chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil or butter

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Measuring cups
  • 1 Measuring spoons
  • 1 rubber spatula
  • 1 8x8 baking pan
  • 1 parchment paper
  • 1 microwave-safe bowl
  • 1 knife

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter and melted butter until smooth.

  3. Add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until thick and well combined.

  4. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until fully set.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.
