  • 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb sliced turkey
  • 6 slices cheese cheddar, provolone, or Swiss
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.

  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls into a baking dish.
  4. Layer the turkey evenly over the rolls, then add the cheese slices.

  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
