Method
- Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coffee, milk, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
- Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks and gently tap the molds to remove air bubbles.
- Freeze for 5–6 hours, or until fully solid.
- To release, run molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.
- Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.

- For best flavor, use strong brewed coffee or cold brew.
- Sweetness can be adjusted before freezing — taste the mixture first.
- For a dairy-free version, use oat, almond, or coconut milk.
- To prevent sticking, run popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds before removing.
- Popsicles can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Optional chocolate drizzle adds flavor but can be skipped to reduce calories.
