Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups strong brewed coffee cooled
  • ½ cup milk or almond / oat milk
  • ¼ cup heavy cream optional, for extra creaminess
  • 2 –3 tablespoons maple syrup or sugar to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Melted chocolate optional, for drizzle

  • 6 Popsicle sticks
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Whisk or spoon
  • 1 Measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coffee, milk, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and gently tap the molds to remove air bubbles.
  5. Freeze for 5–6 hours, or until fully solid.
  6. To release, run molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.
  7. Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.

Notes

  • For best flavor, use strong brewed coffee or cold brew.
  • Sweetness can be adjusted before freezing — taste the mixture first.
  • For a dairy-free version, use oat, almond, or coconut milk.
  • To prevent sticking, run popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds before removing.
  • Popsicles can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Optional chocolate drizzle adds flavor but can be skipped to reduce calories.
