- Pat the mozzarella balls dry with a paper towel.8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- Thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each appetizer skewer.1 pint cherry tomatoes, 20 fresh basil leaves, 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- Arrange the skewers neatly on a serving platter.
