Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup shots espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp –2 tablespoons pumpkin spice syrup
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • Whipped cream optional
  • Pumpkin spice or cinnamon for topping

Equipment

  • 1 Espresso machine or coffee maker
  • 1 Mason jar or cocktail shaker (for shaking)
  • 1 Measuring spoons
  • 1 Tall glass or mug
  • 1 Spoon (optional, for layering)

Method
 

  1. Brew the espresso and let it cool slightly.
  2. Add espresso, pumpkin spice syrup, and ice to a jar or shaker.
  3. Shake well for 15–20 seconds until foamy.
  4. Pour into a tall glass.
  5. Slowly add the milk to create a layered look.
  6. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice or cinnamon (optional).
