Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • 1 Handheld milk frother optional
  • 1 Small bowl or jar for mixing
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons optional

Method

  1. In a small bowl or jar, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
1 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp milk, 2 tbsp pumpkin puree, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  2. Froth the mixture using a handheld milk frother until thick, creamy, and slightly foamy. This takes about 20–30 seconds.
    1 cup heavy cream
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice if desired, adding more maple syrup or pumpkin pie spice.
2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  4. Pour the pumpkin cold cream foam over iced coffee or cold brew and enjoy immediately.

Notes

• For the best foam texture, use cold heavy cream straight from the refrigerator.
• A handheld milk frother creates the thickest, creamiest foam, but you can also shake the mixture in a jar if needed.
• Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup to taste.
• This pumpkin cold cream foam pairs perfectly with iced coffee, cold brew, or iced lattes.
• Store leftover foam in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Re-froth before using.
